Anticipation

I have always found myself experiencing great difficulty when I anticipate with just about anything. Be it a plan I want to pursue, a gadget I want to get hold of, a place I have been longing to travel to, an event I'm so looking forward to, a holiday or long weekend , or even a phone call or SMS I have been waiting for hours.

I have honed the craft (and trait) of being patient. But then, when anticipation sets it, I lose grip of what I do, or focus on, or think, or even what I am to do next. My mind stops thinking over and over if things will happen and fall into place or not.

But what is certain is when I say this..... "I leave it up to You, God. Whatever Your will is, it will be done."
